Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@lattemotions.store with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label along with simple return instructions.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to item availability.
To start an exchange, contact us at support@lattemotions.store with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@lattemotions.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
