Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
Standard U.S. shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. International delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.
Do you offer free shipping?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@lattemotions.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label along with simple instructions.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — exchanges are accepted within 30 days for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us and we’ll help you process it quickly.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Size & Fit
How do I find my size?
Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements and international conversions. Each product page also includes fit notes specific to that item.
What if I’m between sizes?
We recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit, or choosing your true size for a more sculpted, second-skin feel.
Orders & Support
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@lattemotions.store.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry about that! Please email us with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
